Nexelus does not collect any personal information from the mobile device that includes location as well, Nexelus only uses data entered through the Nexelus Mobile App.
For expense reports functionality – This mobile app can utilize:
“Camera” – where a user can take pictures of expense receipts
“Gallery” – to select already saved pictures of expense receipts
The above 2 options are based on user’ selection as such. Upon save these specific pictures are then uploaded to Nexelus servers.
This mobile app cannot be used unless your company is subscribing to the Nexelus Product for internal company use.
This mobile app provides a small subset of functionality that is available through the web interface of Nexelus product. Privacy and confidentiality is Covered under the Nexelus SaaS agreement as such.

Our Technology collects information generally known as delivery data from various Ad Tool platform (e.g. DCM, Sizmek, AdWords, Microsoft Advertising, Yahoo, The Trade Desk, etc.). This collection is only enabled when Clients allow our system to pull the information from the Ad Tool platforms that they are using. We work with our Clients to setup the access to their data in those Ad Tool platforms.
We obtain the data from the Ad Tool platforms to match the Client planning data and serve or to help our Clients to perform analysis or other analytics related to pacing information, spend to date, etc.
